What you'll do

• Guides team members and Shift Leaders, ensures completion of assigned duties, manages scheduling and deployment, monitors team performance, drives fast and friendly service, maintains point of sale systems, ensures health and safety compliance, manages P&L statements, handles recruiting and training, and minimizes loss through strict cash handling and inventory control.
