The specialist acts as a liaison for facilities needs and provides intermediate-level technical support for high-fidelity simulation manikins and associated software.

• Provide Tier 1 & 2 IT support
• inspect classroom equipment
• build/deploy images
• supervise student workers
• maintain lab security
• support network/server/telecom
• provide intermediate SimCare support

• perform troubleshooting.
