What you'll do

• Own closing and funding domain expertise from clear-to-close through funding
• identify work to automate or eliminate
• translate workflows and settlement nuances into product requirements and operating rules
• build human-review queues, controls, service-level agreements, and escalation paths
• reduce redraws, funding delays, defects, and manual work
• establish workflow and quality metrics
• partner with Underwriting, Account Management, Post-Closing, Product, and Engineering.
