Food Services Coordinator

What you'll do

• Oversee food service operations across CRCI programs and campuses
• ensure daily meal service
• maintain a rotating four-week menu
• order food and manage inventory
• maintain USDA program documentation and compliance
• submit resident rosters to DSS twice monthly through the COO
• oversee procurement and vendor/donor relationships
• supervise and train residents assigned to kitchen work
• maintain sanitation and lead safety training and audits.
