Real Estate Photographer and Media Creator — Business Development

Job overview

The Real Estate Photographer and Media Creator — Business Development role is remote, with an assigned Florida service area and approximately 10–20 total hours per week at the start. It pays $20 per hour for training and business-development activities; media appointments are paid separately at 30%–50% of appointment revenue. The role combines creating property photography and other media with ongoing prospecting and client development. It builds a local client base through outreach, meetings, presentations, and follow-up while completing media appointments and uploading organized files to company standards.

What you'll do

• Attend media appointments, prepare spaces, follow capture standards, and upload organized files by deadlines
• research prospects, make cold calls, introduce services, schedule appointments, and follow up
• attend real estate and brokerage meetings, present services, and build a local network
• prospect to additional business segments including vacation rentals, property management, hospitality, and commercial properties.
