What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen, refrigeration, ice-machine, warewashing, and laundry equipment
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance and condition assessments
• document maintenance
• communicate with facility managers and customers
• provide estimates and obtain approval
• order parts
• close work orders in SmartWare
• serve as a technical resource and informal mentor.
