What you'll do

• Assist with daily property operations

• support lease renewals, retention, and eviction processes
• assist with financial reporting and budgets
• conduct tours and process applications
• respond to resident concerns
• coordinate vendors and maintenance
• inspect property and support move-in and move-out processes
• participate in staff training and development
• comply with Fair Housing requirements.
