What you'll do

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• review reconciliations and supporting schedules
• own collaboration revenue accounting under ASC 606
• oversee equity compensation accounting under ASC 718
• manage SOX internal controls
• support clinical trial accrual estimates and reporting
• mentor accounting team members
• partner on financial reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional initiatives
• help hire and develop team members
• support systems implementation and process improvements, automation, and AI integration
• coordinate with external auditors
• research technical accounting matters and new standards.
