The Infant Toddler Teacher role is onsite in Dumas, AR. Compensation varies by education and experience: $15.00–$18.30 per hour with a CDA, $17.00–$20.74 per hour with an associate degree, or $19.00–$23.18 per hour with a bachelor’s degree. The teacher implements the infant and toddler classroom educational program under the Early Childhood Director and Center Manager.

• Plan and implement learning experiences and daily lesson plans
• maintain a safe, nurturing classroom
• support children’s social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development
• involve families
• observe and assess children
• supervise children and volunteers
• maintain records and classroom order
• and participate in staff and parent meetings as requested.
