What you'll do

• Check product quality
• address food and service complaints
• receive and verify deliveries
• monitor food preparation and presentation
• schedule staff and assign duties
• review procedures and operational issues
• assist with food preparation and service as needed
• maintain inventory
• monitor health and fire compliance
• order supplies
• train and evaluate staff
• support recruiting
• coordinate equipment maintenance
• operate the POS and cash register
• maintain records
• and follow opening and closing procedures.
