CNC Operator – Lathe or Mill

What you'll do

• Operate CNC lathe or mill machines according to production requirements
• load and unload raw materials and finished parts
• follow work instructions, setup sheets, and blueprints
• inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment
• monitor machine performance and identify quality or production issues
• make basic tool-offset adjustments
• maintain production and inspection records
• keep the work area clean and organized under 5S and safety standards
• communicate concerns to supervisors and setup technicians.
