Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Bellevue, WA, at 15928 NE 8th St. Pay is $27–$29 per hour. What you'll do

• Perform routine building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, floor care, pressure washing, and appliance repairs
• complete service orders promptly and according to safety standards
• maintain equipment
• repair vacated rooms for new residents
• monitor supplies and inventory
• keep maintenance records
• communicate with relevant inspectors and authorities
• work within applicable codes.
