IT Operations Coordinator

What you'll do

• Respond to and document staff technology requests
• coordinate help desk requests and escalate issues
• troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and VPNs
• install and maintain workstations
• coordinate technology projects and vendor visits
• track equipment and access
• support cybersecurity practices and meeting technology
• maintain technology records and documentation.
