Vacation Rental Manager II, Keystone Resort Property Management

The Vacation Rental Manager II role is onsite in Keystone, CO, with starting pay of $63,779 per year plus an annual bonus. Keystone Resort Property Management manages vacation properties for homeowners and guests at Keystone Resort. The role oversees a portfolio of more than 115 vacation condos, supporting strong property performance, property upkeep, and positive homeowner and guest experiences. It coordinates with internal teams, vendors, and owners on service issues, maintenance, billing, property improvements, and rental operations.

What you'll do

• Serve as a key contact for contracted homeowners
• maintain owner relationships
• collaborate with property, reservations, housekeeping, front desk, and administrative teams
• review marketing and contract materials
• resolve guest and homeowner concerns
• review repair invoices and homeowner billing
• communicate rental performance
• coordinate inspections, repairs, improvements, and maintenance
• support quality ratings and preventative maintenance
• coordinate out-of-order holds
• work toward financial, guest service, and safety goals.
