The Dietitian role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Compensation is not specified. The position supports patient care at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Rock Hill, part of a national inpatient rehabilitation provider. What you'll do

• Counsel patients according to physician orders and diet instructions
• communicate with physicians and other care disciplines
• evaluate referral orders and nutrition intake methods
• document information in medical records
• implement nutrition care plans, adapt menus and assist with special dietary needs
• conduct calorie counts and make recommendations
• review and approve menus for nutritional adequacy.

Why this role
