The Driver Training Rangemaster role is onsite at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Artesia, NM. The stated base rate is $21.09 per hour, plus an additional Health and Welfare benefit under applicable Service Contract Act requirements. The role supports law enforcement training and operational readiness at FLETC. The rangemaster prepares and maintains training vehicles, sets up and resets driving ranges, manages training equipment, and supports safe training operations. The role also includes inspections, logs and reports, fueling and environmental-safety tasks, and support for scheduled and ad hoc training needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What you'll do

• Prepare, inspect, fuel, and maintain training vehicles
• set up, reset, and clean driver training ranges
• operate forklifts and recovery vehicles as needed
• issue, inspect, sanitize, and log training equipment
• maintain inspection and usage records
• support spill response and environmental procedures
• submit vehicle-status, mileage, and fuel reports.
