What you'll do

• Maintain complete financial records
• oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger entries, and reconciliations
• prepare deposits and tax filings
• collect receivables and manage progressive project billing
• prepare monthly financial statements and service profit-and-loss reports
• support budgeting with the owner and department leaders
• assist with phones and customer service
• use QuickBooks and Field Edge.
