Responsible for the effective use of available manpower to accomplish task assignments requested by Hangar/Line Manager or Royal Maintenance Control to the highest level of reliability and safety in accordance with all applicable Royal, manufacturer and FAA policies, procedures, manuals and regulations. Assign and monitor individual task assignments to mechanics daily. Provide technical assistance
