The School-Based Therapeutic Aide role is onsite in Baltimore, MD, with pay of $19–$23 per hour. Pediatric Developmental Services provides teachers and pediatric therapists to public school districts, charter schools, and communities. The aide provides one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, implements individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and collects progress data. The role also supports family training, participates in team meetings and workshops, and helps maintain a safe, positive environment for the student.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy
• implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• collect data to monitor treatment-plan progress and effectiveness
• support BCBA-led family training on treatment plans
• participate in team meetings and training workshops
• help ensure a safe and positive environment for the client.
