What you'll do

• Manage shop maintenance and inventory operations
• maintain inventory records and coordinate procurement
• support shop workflow, safety, and cleanliness
• perform preventive maintenance and repairs on shop equipment
• prepare purchase orders and track deliveries
• repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, flooring, ceiling, carpentry, and painting issues
• inspect units and common areas
• complete make-ready tasks and service requests
• maintain work orders, inspection, and maintenance records
• assist with regulatory inspection preparation.
