Bilingual Client Services Representative

The Bilingual Client Services Representative role is onsite in Hoover, AL. Compensation is $25 per hour. What you'll do

• Contact clients after live transfers from intake
• schedule treatment appointments and confirm attendance
• request and file police reports
• initiate claims and send Letters of Representation to insurers
• maintain organized case files
• communicate and promote the firm’s services to clients.
