What you'll do

• Work with the Head Coach to plan and execute practices
• provide feedback and growth opportunities to players
• supervise students and refer medical or first-aid needs to the school nurse or Athletic Trainer
• build relationships with students and parents
• collaborate with teachers and staff
• attend orientation and monthly faculty meetings
• assist with parent meetings and communications
• monitor academic and behavioral progress
• manage team uniform and equipment inventory with the Head Coach
• communicate equipment or programming needs.

Why this role

The posting requires active Christian faith, CPR/First Aid and/or MAT certification, two years of high school coaching experience, and demonstrated ability to work with youth. A bachelor’s or master’s degree is desired.
