The position supports the opening of AeroVironment’s new 132,000-square-foot manufacturing facility and its workplace operations. The manager coordinates facilities, administrative services, visitor processes, and employee-facing activities to maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace. The role also supports facility readiness, service-provider coordination, and administrative project execution.

What you'll do

• Maintain lobby and visitor check-in procedures and escort visitors in accordance with security policy
• coordinate meetings, rooms, guest offices, audiovisual needs, and catering
• document technical meetings and follow up on actions
• coordinate facility tours and company events
• process facility and administrative purchase requests, expenses, and invoices
• coordinate repairs and service providers
• maintain office supplies and support special projects.
