What you'll do

• Operate the crisis line and provide crisis intervention, counseling, education, safety planning, and referrals
• conduct intake and eligibility evaluations
• support guests and model daily-living skills
• coordinate house activities and chores
• conduct hourly safety rounds
• maintain client records, rosters, and shift reports
• assist with meals and donations
• report child abuse as required.
