Class B Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee

Job overview

The Class B Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee role is onsite in Orange, TX. Pay is $23–$24 per hour, with a pay raise after obtaining endorsements. The role supports Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors subsidiary providing environmental, energy, and industrial services. The trainee learns to operate a Class B box truck while servicing customer equipment, collecting containerized hazardous waste, and selling products and services on a defined route. The role supports timely customer service and safe, compliant handling and transportation of materials.

What you'll do

• Train to drive a Class B box truck
• provide onsite service for parts washer machines
• pick up containerized hazardous waste
• complete scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups
• switch out 15- and 30-gallon solution drums
• complete documentation and labeling
• generate leads and sell additional products and services to existing accounts
• follow safety, environmental, and transportation regulations
• obtain a CDL B within 180 days and Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 30 days of CDL B.
