What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in patients’ homes according to individualized care plans

• deliver nursing interventions appropriate to skill level and comfort
• complete required onboarding and clearances
• maintain an active RN or LPN license and required hands-on BLS CPR certification.
