What you'll do

• Lead branch growth, business development, and operational efforts
• represent the credit union in community and professional organizations
• set and pursue short- and long-term goals
• hire, train, coach, and develop staff
• guide staff on operations, lending, service, and sales
• support teller and transaction operations
• oversee vault, cash dispenser/recycler, and ATM balancing and cash supply
• assist members with lending and account needs and financial counseling
• promote credit union products and services
• attend required meetings and training.

Why this role

Branch hours include Monday–Thursday 7:45 a.m.–5:45 p.m., Friday 7:45 a.m.–6:15 p.m., and rotating Saturdays 8:45 a.m.–12:15 p.m. The role requires at least three years of related financial institution and lending experience; credit union financial counselor certification and NMLS registration are required, with fees paid by HCU.
