What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop Studio Leaders
• oversee regional revenue, expenses, profitability, EBITDA, payroll, and controllable costs
• drive membership growth, sales execution, retention, and net member growth
• establish goals, KPIs, and action plans
• visit studios for walkthroughs, audits, and performance reviews
• maintain standards for cleanliness, hospitality, staffing, scheduling, equipment, and operations
• support coaching quality, recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning
• identify underperformance and implement corrective action plans
• partner with executive leadership on regional performance and growth.
