What you'll do

• Manage consumer bankruptcy accounts from referral through closure
• conduct initial legal review and prioritize referrals
• monitor court dockets and case activity for required attorney action
• prepare and process reaffirmation agreements
• track payment delinquencies and account status changes
• request, review, and organize court and client documents
• communicate with attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal teams
• maintain accurate system records
• handle approximately 5–10 inbound calls per day
• keep files compliant and close them in a timely manner.
