Reconstruction Estimator

What you'll do

• Meet customers to inspect and photograph damage
• develop estimates for required construction services
• document customer and client communications and follow up at least twice weekly
• coordinate with adjusters and clients for approvals
• ensure estimates comply with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope requirements
• maintain project documentation
• follow claims from inspection through close
• assist the Project Construction Manager with scope explanations when needed.
