What you'll do

• Educate individuals and families about self-determination principles and service options
• coordinate with agency staff, employers of record, financial management service agencies, providers, guardians, support people, and committees
• issue and track agreements
• formulate and monitor budgets
• analyze program data
• support Medicaid and policy compliance and audits
• lead training and orientation
• develop policies and quality indicators
• manage quality assurance and present improvement recommendations.
