What you'll do

• Manage rent collection, invoice payments, budgets, communications, activities and events, vendors, and maintenance teams
• hire, train, and develop staff
• build relationships with residents and gather feedback
• maintain property upkeep and address concerns
• meet financial and operational goals
• use YARDI to manage availability, prospects, and resident data
• execute the Lifestyle & Engagement program
• lead sales huddles, tours, and lead nurturing
• maintain social media presence
• and support resident retention and renewals.
