The State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA/CNA) — All Shifts role is onsite in Grayson, KY. Compensation is $18.50–$22.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• respond to call lights
• transport residents by walking or wheelchair
• report significant observations to a nurse
• assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• safeguard residents’ possessions
• keep rooms neat and safe
• follow infection-control techniques
• support restorative care
• participate in continuous quality improvement
• communicate with residents and families
• monitor hydration and nutrition
• accurately measure blood pressure, pulse, respirations, intake and output, and weights.
