Dietary Aide

What you'll do

• Handle and store food according to facility procedures and safe food-handling requirements
• assist with food preparation
• set up the tray line
• assemble and verify resident diet trays
• load and deliver trays
• report meal refusals and prepare alternatives as directed
• clean dishes, utensils, equipment, and workspaces
• maintain the dish machine
• deliver scheduled nourishment and snacks
• report equipment problems and safety concerns.
