The role partners across the organization, supports major platform implementations, and develops the finance team to strengthen governance and decision-making.

What you'll do

• Lead monthly close calendars, tasks, accruals, actuals loads, and multi-ledger activities
• oversee journal entries, reconciliations, consolidations, eliminations, and intercompany settlements
• review results and variance analyses
• maintain accounting governance
• direct premium, subsidy, self-insured, and claims-reserve accounting
• oversee regulatory and audit reporting
• lead finance workstreams for platform implementations
• develop and coach employees.
