What you'll do

• Manage or coordinate nursing programs and administrative functions
• support the Director of Nursing with department planning, operations, records, budgets, and supplies
• assist with monitoring care quality, resident status, medications, treatments, admissions, and discharges
• fill in as acting Director of Nursing, charge nurse, or other nursing role as needed
• support compliance, care plans, staff education, safety, and resident rights
• participate in the licensed nursing on-call rotation, serving one week every three weeks.
