MC3 Group’s coordinator supports the Project Architect, General Contractor, ownership team, and broader design-build operation. The role helps move projects from design into production and construction by producing and revising drawings, coordinating project information, and maintaining accurate documentation. It contributes to buildable, current project documents and helps identify missing decisions or coordination issues before they delay field work.

What you'll do

• Support drafting, drawing production, revisions, details, and construction documentation
• assist with plans, elevations, sections, and details
• incorporate design changes, field information, consultant input, and owner direction
• maintain drawing sets and project files
• review documents for completeness and coordination
• support construction teams with drawings, specifications, clarifications, RFIs, and revisions
• track decisions, approvals, selections, and action items
• coordinate information among architecture, construction, subcontractors, vendors, and ownership
• support multiple active projects and deadlines.
