What you'll do

• Schedule appointments, remind and accompany patients to clinic and off-site appointments
• explain HIV/AIDS treatment and related information
• provide socio-emotional support and adherence education
• coordinate support groups and supportive-service appointments
• update clinicians
• translate for Spanish-speaking patients
• order medications and track prescriptions and refills
• support grant-related data entry and reporting.
