The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Certified Medication Aide (CMA) is an onsite contract role based in Montana. This role exists to connect local caregivers with opportunities in long-term care, skilled nursing, and community healthcare facilities. The CNA/CMA provides essential bedside care and supports the healthcare team in delivering high-quality resident services.

What you'll do

• Provide bedside care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Help patients and residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding.
• Answer call lights and respond to patient or resident needs.
• Observe changes in condition and report concerns to the nurse.
• Support nurses and other members of the healthcare team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
• Document care according to facility procedures.
