The Health and Fitness Specialist is an onsite role based in Merrifield, VA, with a salary range of $65,650 to $118,675 per year. This position supports a Federal Intelligence Community customer’s occupational health and wellness program within the Leidos Intel Sector. The role exists to plan, oversee, and execute a comprehensive health and fitness program. The specialist contributes to the team by providing individual exercise programming, fitness assessments, wellness workshops, and nutrition counseling to enhance the physical wellbeing of the Federal workforce.

What you'll do

• Develop and lead health and wellbeing briefings, workshops, and seminars.
• Provide individual fitness consultations, goal setting, and customized exercise programs.
• Support fitness facility management, equipment assessment, and administrative reporting.
• Serve as a substitute instructor for group exercise classes as needed.
