The Junior Field Technician (L1), Data Centers role is onsite in Lancaster, OH. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour. The technician supports data center operations under the direct supervision of an assigned mentor technician. This entry-level position provides site and materials support while developing foundational knowledge through structured mentorship. The work helps data center projects and operations proceed safely and in accordance with facility access and security requirements.

What you'll do

• Organize materials, tools, and equipment
• assist with inventory tracking, deliveries, and shipment verification
• support project labor such as cable-routing preparation and labeling
• maintain safe and organized work areas
• document daily activities
• escort visitors and contractors
• follow badging and access-control procedures
• do not perform capacity-critical or technical tasks without direct mentor supervision.
