What you'll do

• Maintain confidential employment records
• update HRIS data and compile reports
• conduct orientations, benefits enrollment, and training
• coordinate employee relations issues
• maintain HR metrics
• assist with communications and workers’ compensation claims
• partner with Operations and EH&S on safety policies, training, investigations, and corrective actions
• conduct exit interviews
• support annual performance management.
