Training Coordinator

Job overview

The Training Coordinator role is onsite in Afton, TX, with normal business hours Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; compensation is $75,000–$90,000 per year. Salute provides data center infrastructure services to clients worldwide, and this role supports training and certification readiness in a mission-critical data center environment. The coordinator maintains training programs, employee development records, certifications, and compliance documentation so teams remain operationally ready and meet site, client, and regulatory requirements. The role connects site leadership, corporate training, client representatives, and external trainers to coordinate learning, renewals, reporting, and audit support.

What you'll do

• Coordinate training programs, onboarding documentation, and refresher programs
• identify training priorities with leadership
• coordinate instructor-led, online, and practical sessions
• maintain training records, certifications, and renewal schedules
• align training with client and safety requirements
• report completion and compliance status
• support audits and site visits.
