What you'll do

• Execute and document formal acceptance testing of products and services
• support equipment and service-order installation and activation
• troubleshoot IP network configurations and communication circuits
• coordinate with telecommunications providers and field technicians
• collaborate with engineering teams to resolve implementation and acceptance issues
• execute maintenance requests and service disconnects according to customer and program processes.
