What you'll do

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• do laundry and light housekeeping
• remind clients about self-administered medications under client or family direction
• assist with bathing, shampooing, skin and nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, and dressing
• run errands and accompany clients to appointments or social activities
• report changes to the Care Coordinator
• document care
• follow infection-control and agency safety practices
• maintain confidentiality.
