Swim Instructor and Lifeguard

The Swim Instructor and Lifeguard role is onsite in Milford, MA. Compensation is $15.25–$19 per hour. Goldfish Swim School Milford’s lessons help children build water confidence while maintaining a safe, structured, and positive experience. The role teaches swim skills using the school curriculum and protects swimmers through pool-rule enforcement and safety monitoring. It also supports student progress, family communication, and the day-to-day readiness of the pool deck.

What you'll do

• Teach swim skills using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum
• enforce pool rules
• monitor for safety concerns
• respond to incidents with appropriate first aid or rescue actions
• track student progress and complete paperwork
• communicate with parents or guardians
• assist with deck setup, equipment care, and occasional light cleaning.
