The Reel Builder — Night Shift role is onsite in North Salt Lake, UT. Compensation starts at $21 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour night-shift differential. Dura-Line, an Orbia Connectivity Solutions business, manufactures conduit products and accessories that support connectivity. The reel builder assembles and breaks down reels for finished products and stages them for production needs. The role supports production readiness by following work instructions, coordinating with production orders, participating in inventory counts, and reporting safety or equipment concerns.

What you'll do

• Assemble reels using power tools and work instructions
• coordinate with production orders to ensure reels are ready for upcoming orders
• disassemble incoming and returned reels
• participate in cycle counts
• report unsafe conditions and broken equipment
• participate in training, safety, and continuous-improvement activities
• perform other production duties as trained or assigned.
