Customer Service Associate — Garden Center

The Customer Service Associate — Garden Center role is onsite in Burlington, VT. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour. The role supports customer service and store operations at the garden center. The associate helps customers select products and solve gardening questions, supports sales and customer loyalty, and assists with inventory and seasonal merchandising to keep the garden center service-ready.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service across garden center departments
• share product knowledge and recommend merchandise
• encourage Gardener’s Club sign-ups
• resolve customer concerns
• use technology to support service
• organize stock, replenish products, receive goods, complete transfers and inventory counts, and support seasonal merchandising
• answer plant and gardening questions, including pest, weed, propagation, and plant care topics.
