The Registered Nurse (RN), Skilled Nursing role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with a stated pay range of $35.50–$41.16 per hour, plus shift differentials as applicable. Redwood Health and Rehabilitation is a resident-centered skilled nursing and long-term care facility. The nurse provides and evaluates individualized care to meet resident needs, administers medications and treatments, and coordinates with families, physicians, CNAs, and rehabilitation staff. The role supports safe, consistent care through assessment, documentation, monitoring, and communication about changes in residents' conditions.
What you'll do
- Provide nursing care in accordance with practice standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable guidelines
- plan and monitor nursing interventions
- evaluate care effectiveness and develop alternatives
- educate residents and families
- administer medications and treatments
- transcribe orders and document progress
- report condition changes
- follow skin management protocols
- order and report diagnostic tests
- coordinate rehabilitation
- monitor CNA documentation and assignments.

Why this role
