What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain the project-specific Contractor Quality Control Plan
  • identify Definable Features of Work
  • maintain the three-phase control schedule and submittal register
  • review submittals for compliance
  • coordinate quality requirements with project teams, subcontractors, and government representatives
  • conduct and document preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections
  • perform daily quality inspections
  • maintain deficiency and rework logs
  • coordinate testing and third-party verification
  • reject nonconforming materials or workmanship
  • verify corrective actions
  • manage punch lists and closeout documentation
  • and coordinate as-built drawings, manuals, warranties, testing records, commissioning documents, spare parts, and required training.
